Raw mango marinated and infused with the lingering undertones of fenugreek and other traditional spices.  Sounds simple, but this pickle has the most complex flavours you can imagine and is one of our crowd favorites!

This is a traditional recipe from Tamil Nadu.


The mangos are cut into small pieces and left to rest with salt, for a few days after which traditional spices are mixed in.  The pieces and juices are then sundried separately for 3 days after which it is left to rest for a minimum of two weeks, allowing the flavours to develop beautifully.  This pickle is not cooked at any stage, making it an absolute winner for your gut .  


Ingredients - Mango, Gingelly oil, Salt, Red chillies, Fenugreek, Mustard, Turmeric, Asafoetida


Keep refrigerated. Always use a dry spoon. Consume within 12 months from date of manufacture.
