Replacement, return and refund policy

All our products go through a mandatory quality control inspection before they leave the farm.

We take great care in packaging our products as well as in ensuring that the right product is delivered to you and what you see on our website is what you get.  However, due to unforeseen circumstances, there could be instances where the products are damaged in transit or the incorrect item being sent to you.  In such a situation, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the products by sending us your order number and pictures of the damaged products to 97409 03790 or

In both cases, once the return is approved, we will replace your order.  In the event that the product is out of stock, we will refund you the money after intimating you of the same.  We will get in touch with you on return of the product, on a case by case basis.

Once the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will initiate credit from our side within 48 hours. 


The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days as per usual banking norms.  Please check with your bank / credit card company on the status of the refund.  Once you've done this, and if you are still not able to resolve the issue, please contact us on 97409 03790 or
