Specially for those of you who love the flavour of mango avakaya, here's the 'chaar' or gravy of the pickle with very few pieces to make avakkai rice.


The pickle as always is made with raw mango with kernel, blended with the piquancy of red chillies, mustard, garlic and other spices. 


  • Made with gingelly & mustard oil
  • Handmade in small batches
  • No chemical preservatives or added colour
  • Naturally fermented


We slice the mango with kernel.  Each piece is then individually soaked in oil and the spices rubbed in, and then left to rest for a minimum of 2 weeks, before it is sold.


Ingredients - Mango, Gingelly oil, Salt, Mustard oil, Red chillies, Mustard, Fenugreek


Keep refrigerated. Always use a dry spoon. Consume within 12 months from date of manufacture.
