A mellow pickle, this one combines the tartness of raw mango with the sweetness of fennel & earthiness of kalonji to rock your taste buds

This is a traditional recipe from Punjab.


The mangos are cut into small pieces, and mixed with salt, the signature spices and mustard oil.  The mixture is then put into bharnis and left to sun dry for a few days, after which it is topped with mustard oil and left to rest for a minimum of two weeks, allowing the flavours to develop beautifully.  This pickle is not cooked at any stage, making it an absolute winner for your gut .  


Ingredients - Mango, Mustard oil, Salt, Fenugreek, Mustard , Fennel, Kalonji, Red Chillies, Turmeric


Keep refrigerated. Always use a dry spoon. Consume within 12 months from date of manufacture.
