This is a traditional recipe from Tamil Nadu.
We cut our limes into small pieces to ensure that you get the perfect blend of lime & the ‘chaar’ or gravy, not to mention the right quantity of lime onto your plate (don’t you hate wasting pickle because the pieces are too big?).
Ingredients - Lime, Gingelly oil, Salt, Red chillies, Mustard, Jaggery, Asafoetida, Turmeric, Fenugreek
Keep refrigerated. Always use a dry spoon. Consume within 12 months from date of manufacture.
