This sweet and sour rendition elevates the humble brinjal, so you'll want to start calling it 'aubergine' - jokes apart, this pickle is really awesome!


  • Made with gingelly oil
  • Handmade in small batches
  • No chemical preservatives or added colour


The brinjal pieces are cut and left to rest with salt, hand squeezed to remove the excess water, sun dried and then pickled.


Ingredients - Brinjal, Vinegar, Gingelly oil, Jaggery, Ginger, Garlic, Red chillies, Salt, Mustard, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Cumin


Keep refrigerated. Always use a dry spoon. Consume within 6 months from date of manufacture.
