Caution: A faithful rendition of the traditional garlic pickle, this one is super addictive


  • Made with gingelly oil

We make these with small garlic pods which are so much more difficult to peel but oh so worth it when you eat it!  The garlic is peeled at the Farm and we do not use peeled garlic in vinegar for this pickle (or any of our pickles for that matter!).


Ingredients - Garlic, Gingelly oil, Red chillies, Jaggery, Vinegar, Salt, Tamarind, Fenugreek


Keep refrigerated. Always use a dry spoon. Consume within 2 months from date of manufacture.
