It's not ginger nor is it mango - try it, it's simply magic! Hand sliced and combined with lime, red chillies and mustard which are signature avakaya!

We slice the maanga inji into thin slices.  Each piece is then individually soaked in oil and the spices rubbed in, and then left to rest for a minimum of 3 weeks, before it is sold.

 

Ingredients - Mango ginger (curcuma amada), Gingelly oil, Lime, Red chillies, Salt, Mustard, Fenugreek, Cumin, Asafoetida

 

Keep refrigerated. Always use a dry spoon. Consume within 12 months from date of manufacture.
