We slice the mango with kernel.  Each piece is then individually soaked in oil and the spices rubbed in, and then left to rest for a minimum of 2 weeks, before it is sold.
 
Ingredients - Mango, Gingelly oil, Salt, Mustard oil, Red chillies, Mustard, Fenugreek, Garlic (with & without)
 
Keep refrigerated. Always use a dry spoon. Consume within 12 months from date of manufacture.
